Capricho de Valvanera
Capricho de Valvanera is the result of a family history that resulted in a delicate and differentiated semi-sweet wine.
It was Valvanera (current CEO of the winery) who in her adolescence asked her father to make a semi-sweet white wine for her, after a few years they granted her wish and as it could not be called otherwise, “Capricho de Valvanera” was born.
An authentic caprice ideal to drink alone or with appetizers or desserts.

Wine elaborated in our winery in Ábalos
Capricho de Valvanera is made in Solana de Ramirez, our family winery in Ábalos with grapes of the traditional Rioja varieties such a Viura and Malvasía, but also using Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo, which gives a unique and fresh touch to the wine.

Coupagge
A complete coupage that results in a different and special wine: Viura and Sauvignon Blanc are the main varieties, but it also includes Malvasia or Verdejo.

Light yellow color with bright green tones.
Taste
We are talking about a very round wine in the mouth. Fresh and balsamic touches. Notes of sweet tropical fruits such as pineapple.
