The winery's facilities were extended and improved at the beginning of the 21st century, taking into account tradition and the most modern winemaking techniques. We achieve an optimum natural temperature in our facilities, and the grapes enter the tanks by gravity and without pressure.
The annual production is 400 to 500 thousand bottles of red, white and rosé wine from the family farm. The wines are produced with great care and attention to detail, resulting in wines that are very natural, tasty and full of character, which, if consumed without excess, can be beneficial to your health.
It is important to transfer the grapes by gravity, as there is no pressure, the grapes reach the tank whole, where they ferment and macerate for 15 to 20 days, extracting the maximum tannins, polyphenols, anthocyanins, colouring matter, antioxidants (such as resveratrol, quercetin...) which are found in the grape skins and are beneficial to health.
